I have a membership and I can't come :(  May I transfer my membership to a friend?

Yes you can. To do so, send an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your name and the name of your friend as well as their e-mail address. We will send both of you an e-mail confirming the membership has been transfered.

Will the con be accessible?

All the rooms we might use are accessible, with elevators and no odd steps here and there. Jo checked this herself. The hotel has ten fully accessible bedrooms. We have microphones for the big room (courtesy of Congrès Boréal), and in any case we'll have designated seating at the front for hearing impaired people. If there are other accessibility issues we should be thinking about, please help by letting us know.

Will you have programming in French?

No, there is already a French language convention, Congrès Boréal and not only do they do a great job, they lend us their AV equipment. We encourage you to go, and if you do, you can expect to see us there.

Can I get updates on the convention?

Yes, we have a newsletter that is sent out a few times a year. You can subscribe to it here.

Do you have a code of conduct?

We totally do, there's a link for it at the top of this page.
